FSK DEMODULATOR

 
The Model 206 FSK Demodulator is a stand alone device which demodulates Bell 103 FSK modem answer signals (2025Hz/2225Hz, -35 dBm level sensitivity) to EIA RS232 compatible logic output (See table below). The data rate can be as high as 600 BPS (bit per second). A panel LED indicator shows yellow when the carrier is detected and shows red when the carrier is absent. A positive carrier detected output is also provided. The Model 206 FSK Demodulator requires an external regulated 24 VDC power source to operate. It consumes about 25 mA.

The small physical size (3.7" x 1.7" x 6.0") of this device eases the mounting requirement of the Model 206 FSK Demodulator. It can be easily wall mounted and placed in-line with the field wiring. The electrical connections are accessed through two 9 pin D-sub connectors.
